The treatment is carried out by the Data Controller, by the External Managers and by the Delegates for the purpose assigned to the processing.

d. Nature of the conferment
The provision of data in relation to the purpose referred to in point b1. it is obligatory as a necessary requirement to be able to proceed to find your requests and in case of failure to provide the consequences of your refusal will be that of not being able to receive information about our products, for which you have expressed interest.

The conferment of data in relation to the purpose referred to in point b2. it is optional, but it is a necessary requirement to receive commercial communications from Phaser Design Ltd.
